This series of production lines is used to unwind, slit, and wind a metal coil into several rolls of the required width. Suitable for processing cold rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal coils after surface coating.

The production line mainly consists of loading trolley, unwinding machine, leveling machine, slitting, waste edge winder, tensioner, winder and unloading device.



The whole line adopts PLC centralized control, human-machine interface display, high degree of automation, and achieves high automation, high precision and high efficiency production.
